SHIT I'M THINKING ABOUT TODAY

Since nobody reads this anyway, I feel fairly safe in venting here. What's with the protesters over the Ferguson, MO, and other cases where a black hoodlum was killed by a white officer? Anyone who looks at the facts, instead of just the race of those involved, will see that the young men killed were certainly not the cream of society. Did they deserve to die, maybe not. Did their own actions precipitate their demise? I think they did. The point is, the legal system ran its course, and despite the pressure from the media and colored people, they did what they felt was just. What more can you ask for? Sure, it is painful to the family and friends of the young men who died, but was it the fault of one white person, or the system, or did these young black men push the envelope just a little too far? I've seen what the fear of being called a racist can do; young blacks in a predominantly white school taking advantage in every way they can. They think they can play the race card to get away with anything. Well, it doesn't always work. Racism exists in America because people of color refuse to accept their own responsibilty for how their lives turn out. They prefer to blame the white man for everything bad that happens to them. The law gives everyone equal rights now. You can no longer blame the system. In fact, in truth, the white man is more the victim of racism at this point in history. The white male, especially the older white male, is blamed for nearly every problem. At the same time, the older white male is still the predominant force in politics, and it is the older white male who has passed legislation making everyone equal.

CURRENT EVENTS

Is anyone else getting tired of hearing about all the unrest in the Middle East? I don't care about any of it. It's not news. Those people have been killing each other for thousands of years. Who cares? I say send weapons and ammo to all sides of the conflicts, making tons of money in the process, and maybe they will finally be able to kill each other off. We get whatever is left; oil, sand for glass, dates, and camels. Win, win, win, win, win! Not only that, but we can stop hearing about ISIS and Hammas and Islam and all those names that make me think of Dr. Seuss or some kind of monkey. Hammul Abu Dabi grab yu boobi, and such nonsense. Who thinks up this shit anyway?

TECHNOSTUFF

Why is it that we can have all this tecnology, but nothing seems to work like a normal person would want? Why can assholes use robocalls to annoy us day and night, but we can't figure out a way to stop them? Why can manufacturers make form-fitting plastic containers for their products with embedded security measures, but when we buy them and get them home, we can't get them open without destroying the contents? Why does everything have a life-time guarantee, but when it breaks, all you get is a new piece of shit, if anything? Why do I have to press one to have a pre-recorded message speak to me in my own language? Anyone? Anyone?
